In preparation for the launch of a new Boeing ad campaign, Methodologie was asked to develop the visual direction and style guide to inspire, inform, and help ensure consistent application of the campaign theme across a variety of advertising deliverables.

As design director, Damon established the look and feel, designed a narrative-based style guide, and the signature recruiting brochure used to communicate the Boeing brand and campaign story to new and potential Boeing employees.
