Boeing Global Engagement is an internal organization whose activities support employee involvement—in community, education, and veterans programs—where they can share their time, talent, and resources locally and around the world.

Damon created the visual direction and led a design team to develop the identity and extend it to a set of deliverables that were consistent, impactful, and recognizable across the enterprise and beyond the walls of Boeing.
